Chairman’s Message

Tell me and I forget.
Teach me and I remember.
Involve me and I learn.

At VIBGYOR, we swear by this motto of ‘learning by doing’ and understand that knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice. Our students do not confine themselves to the realm of a classroom. We believe in holistic education which encompasses academics, co-curricular activities, sports education and life skills learning so that we can rear a level of young minds that are bustling with self confidence and motivation. Moreover educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all. So we inculcate human values like compassion, honesty, fortitude and perseverance in our students so that they can become the leaders of tomorrow. Our teaching methodology is based on the Multiple Intelligence Theory developed by Prof. Howard Gardener, Harvard University.

Our focus is also on faculty training and development so that they are well equipped in every aspect. Today, with changing times, there are no well established rules that can guide a student towards his dreams. Only a well-trained Teacher or a Mentor can execute this glorious task of mentoring the students. Teachers are there at the helm, steering the ship of the student’s destiny towards a commendable zenith.

As I look back in time, when the idea of educating kids in a school was conceived, the founder members took a challenge upon themselves to promote education in this city and the adjoining rural and semi urban areas. Since then, with time we are strengthening and are continuously spreading the words of wisdom. I want to take this opportunity to congratulate the principal, the faculty, the students and the parents associated with this school for continuously striving to be the change they want to see for their society.

Benjamin Franklin has rightly said, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest”. I wholeheartedly welcome you to the VIBGYOR family. Together we can mould young minds to yearn for knowledge and learning.
